This new programme is organised in partnership with University for Peace (UPEACE), a Treaty Organization established in 1980 by the United Nations General Assembly and located in Costa Rica.

The residential phase comprises theoretical lectures, seminars and practical exercises (including mock trials, Moot courts) and other activities organized in cooperation with international organizations, NGOs, research institutions and entities belonging to the UN system.

During the second phase, students will produce a research paper or a project proposal linked to the content of the programme. The LL.M. will officially finish with the Graduation Ceremony, to be held in Turin on July 20, 2018.

The group of participants is composed by 37 students from the five continents, namely Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Oceania, the Americas and Africa.

The LL.M sets as its core objective the education and training of new generations on priority issues that, beyond a highly specialized knowledge and expertise, require above all a comprehensive vision of international scenarios and the capacity to address and cope with today’s major challenges.
